Everything you need to know about gold wash plants — pricing, shipping, setup, performance, and more.

Pricing & Ordering

How much does a gold wash plant cost?

Gold wash plant prices vary by capacity and customization. Our 50-ton entry-level plants are the most affordable, with 100-ton, 200-ton, and 300-ton models priced accordingly. Do you offer financing?

We can work with you on payment plans for qualifying orders. Contact our sales team to discuss financing options for your operation.

How long does it take to build?

Most wash plants are built in 1-3 weeks depending on the configuration. Custom modifications may add additional time. We'll give you an exact timeline when you place your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Everywhere. We ship worldwide — proven on 6 continents including Africa, Australia, South America, Asia, and beyond. We handle all logistics and can deliver to remote mining sites.

How is the equipment shipped?

Domestic orders ship via flatbed truck. International orders are container-ready and ship via ocean freight. We coordinate with carriers experienced in heavy equipment delivery.

Setup & Operation

How long does setup take?

30 minutes or less. Level the plant, connect your water source, and start feeding. No special tools or training required. Learn more about how it works.

What do I need to run the wash plant?

A water source (creek, pond, or pump), a way to feed material (excavator or loader), and fuel for the engine. That's it. Our all-in-one design means no additional screens or sluice boxes are needed.

How many people are needed to operate it?

One person can run the entire system. One operates the excavator to feed material, and the wash plant runs itself. Many operations run with 1-2 people.

Performance & Recovery

What is the gold recovery rate?

95-98% recovery rate, including fine gold down to 200 mesh (0.075mm). Our scientifically-designed sluice system captures gold that many competitors miss.

Does it work with fine gold?

Yes. Our sluice design is specifically engineered to capture fine gold. Many of our customers in Alaska and California report excellent fine gold recovery. Read more about fine gold recovery.

Is the equipment mercury-free?

100% mercury-free. Our wash plants use only water and gravity for gold recovery. Environmentally responsible mining that meets all state and federal regulations.

Equipment & Sizing

What size wash plant do I need?

It depends on your expected throughput. Our 50-ton is ideal for small operations, the 100-ton for medium operations, and the 200-ton and 300-ton for commercial-scale mining. Contact us and we'll recommend the perfect size.

What makes your wash plants different from other equipment?

Our wash plants are all-in-one systems — they handle screening, classification, and gold recovery in a single portable unit. You don't need separate equipment. Just hook up water, feed material, and start recovering gold.

How does your equipment compare to competitors?

We offer higher recovery rates, faster setup, and American-made quality at competitive prices. See our detailed comparison against the competition.
